Frozen In Time (grief)

Memories frozen in time, no togetherness to be filled with dreams.

When the leaves of autumn feed the ground, I will only walk with a memory.

Some days are long, some days are short. And time is crawling and disappearing, as mist covers all of yesterday and tomorrow and the moment becomes a prison.

Life has frozen time in the heart, no good, nor bad can be said, when grief becomes labor.

Eyes only want to sleep, the heart tired and the body exhausted, yet you keep on going, yet your soul knows.

This is a seed, a time of healing, a time of growing as we grief, as we acknowledge the pain we acknowledge the love.

And we know pain can’t hurt us, we start to feel more love and we start to heal.

We remember the love that is forever with are memory.

As frost bite is a part of life.

In loving memory of Annie.
