(1, Learning to trust)

Abandoned in a new world where dreams only come when I cast myself the hero of my story. I step out of the shadow of who I think I am into I am, not hold back by what I once feared.

On the journey of life, we travel many roads, not just one. From birth to death, life brings us challenges and blessings. Jet it’s finding the blessing in the challenges we face. Light hearted determination and curiosity will serve us well during uncertain times in facing the unknown. For no day is ever the same. And we only grow into more of ourself if we learn to be more curious about the unknown.

Extremely unpleasant experiences have learned me to dance with darkness. As I went into a dark cave of who is me and discovered a golden case glowing with light finding the treasure that is me, made out of my past but not bound to the past.

Puzzled by what I have found I choose to spend the day with a smile and understand we don’t have to understand and control everting in life, to feel light hearted, full of wonder and joy.

And as so, life brings us lessons but also even more opportunities. As the past is gone, the future unknown and the present a present, I seat myself down in a plain full of flowers and wonder why I should fear the unknown if I don’t know what I’m fearing.

Longest journey in life is the one from the head to the heart.
