Journey Of The Meaning Of Life.

As we collectively have fallen into the Dark Night Of The Soul, “a spiritual, mental, emotion crisis in the journey of the meaning of life or union with god.” Sensing mother’s womb cry for salvation, still in human slumber, pages in a chivalrous story, neglecting our shadow side (our ego, that part of us that lives in fear and anger) being the cause of the pandemic in the world. The pandemic of depression, fatigue, anxiety, emotional distress, and mental health issues eventually manifests in physical illness.

Only in the deepest of despair do we fall on our knees and recognise our loneliness. When that happens, we learn there is no white knight is coming to save us from our inner turmoil, pain, and tiredness, but where we will tap into our own white knight, the little voice that says, “you can, and there is more”.
When you consciously choose to sit with yourself in loneliness is where you will find yourself.

We learn to remember that evil always has sexiness; it is attractive and dangerous, making our heart pump, blood flow, and cheeks red. “Who can resist the devil in red”?
We know the shadow is shady and ambivalent, as temptation comes in what we cannot resist. We allow ourselves to be consumed by co-dependence and obsessions to distract us from our inner selves. We either experience brilliant successes or unhappy failures, ending in only temporary triumphs that lose the power of attractiveness after completing one’s goal.

I’m not trying to be a hasty, impetuous or reckless reformer, but life has a purpose. For this reason, we would integrate the shadow rather than reject it, and we can only grow if we are conscious of ourselves. This comes with responsibility; as the light within us strengthens, so does the shadow. The more aware and conscious we become of our potential, the more alert we must be of the trickster in our shadow self and the more responsible we must become to it. We all think of ourselves as virtuous, and if we are not, we tend to present ourselves in a way that/will make us feel righteous and moral as we necklet our true selves.

So, like an impatient disputant, we go about life in a reckless fashion; we do not see where we tread and keep the tradition alive, stuck in repeat learned patterns, even if they do not serve us. This is a collective glitch in the matrix. The requirements of a successful and prosperous existence do not lay on old unsuccessful patterns but rather on new ideas and letting go of self-limited beliefs, rearranging our thoughts and resurrecting our physical body, accepting our emotions and trusting our feelings. We no longer live in an area of survival; our ancestors have done all the work for us. The enemy now is our mind.
And we are now faced with complacency; we don’t have to fight to survive, we can live, and we are freer than ever. Yes, there are still wars, there is still hunger, and there are still pandemics in the world, in the west we are blessed with more than just with what we need. Yet we become disenchanted with life and our existence, and now we look outside ourselves for happiness, peace, validation, and meaning.
